Goods and Services Tax (GST) Details


Business GST Registration for: Sole Traders, Partnerships, Companies and Trusts.

> Business and Sole Traders with a yearly turnover of over $75000 are required by Law to have a valid GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration with ATO.

> When you provide taxi or limousine travel for passengers (this includes ridesharing services like Uber, Didi, Ola or Taxify) regardless of your GST turnover – this applies to both owner drivers and if you lease or rent a taxi.

> If you want to claim fuel tax credits for your business or enterprise.
